Berlin Co. Ltd. established in Taiwan in 1962. In 2000, Berlin expanded to establish in Mainland China. Through meticulous selection process, Berlin (Hui-Zhou) Scientific Chemical Co., Ltd. the first fully owned overseas manufacturing operation facility of Berlin Co. Ltd., settles at Huizhou City, Guangdong, China. The total asset is over 4 million US dollars, occupying over 30,000 square meters.

Berlin (Hui-Zhou) leads its staff forward with vision of the future, through introduction of advanced product systems and the plans / construction for the facility.

Brief History:

In 2001:Berlin (Hui-Zhou) formed a joint venture with RED SPOT of USA to manufacture advanced insulating coatings for magnetic ring and sports equipment coatings.

 

In 2002:Berlin (Hui-Zhou) enters discussion with RPM, the largest paint company in the United States, to manufacture Furniture Finishing Coating, and enters an exclusive agreement with CCI, a subsidiary of RPM in March of 2003 to begin production.

In 2003:Berlin (Hui-Zhou) obtains certification for ISO-9001 2000 standard.

In 2004:Berlin (Hui-Zhou) begins OEM for Cafco of USA to produce its fireproofing coating.Berlin continues the relationship with Promat after its merge with Cafco.

August 2004:Berlin (Hui-Zhou) forms a joint venture with Atlas Mineral & Chemical Company of USA,to manufacture its industrial strength anti-corrosion products.

November 2004:Berlin (Hui-Zhou) cooperates with Tri-City Paint of USA, a subsidiary of PPG, to manufacture its high-class sports equipment coatings.

October 2006:Berlin (Hui-Zhou) obtains certification for the ISO-14000 2004 standard.

August 2007:Berlin (Hui-Zhou) cooperates with Mohawk Finishing Product of USA, an RPM company,to manufacture its Fil-Stik product line.

August 2009:Berlin (Hui-Zhou) begins OEM for Omega Products of USA to produce its Omegaflex product line.

May 2010:Berlin (Hui-Zhou) cooperates with Mohawk Finishing Products of USA, an RPM company,to manufacture its Blendal Stick and Clear Aerosol lines.

January 2012, Berlin obtained UL approval for its electronic coating system.

November 2012, Berlin begins technology transfer to manufacture interior automotive coating with United Paint and Chemical Co.
